Pragya LIMS is a leader in providing cutting-edge software solutions for material testing laboratories. We are looking for a
dynamic Software Sales Executive
to drive business growth by identifying potential clients, building strong relationships, and closing sales opportunities. The ideal candidate will showcase strong communication and negotiation skills, deliver engaging product demonstrations, and ensure smooth client onboarding. This role involves managing the full sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure, while traveling to meet clients and ensuring successful implementation. 𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:


• Identify and approach potential clients, including labs, industries, and research institutes.


• Conduct compelling product demos and deliver effective end-user training.


• Lead cold emailing and calling initiatives to engage prospects and nurture leads.


• Oversee the full sales cycle, from lead generation through to deal closure.


• Prepare professional proposals, quotations, and handle follow-ups.


• Build and sustain long-term relationships with customers to drive retention and upsell opportunities.

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗪𝗲'𝗿𝗲 𝗟𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗙𝗼𝗿:


• Bachelor's Degree in Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.


• 0–3 years of experience in software or IT sales.


• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.


• Willingness to travel for client visits, field sales, and implementations.


• Prior experience in LIMS, ERP, or similar software solutions is a significant plus
