About the Role

Infopro Learning is seeking a Data Management & Data Mining Specialist to join our growing team in Noida. This is a night-shift, full-time role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has an eye for data precision, and loves transforming complex datasets into actionable insights that drive business growth.

You'll play a key role in managing and maintaining critical data resources, ensuring accuracy, and applying data mining techniques to uncover trends that support sales, marketing, and strategic decision-making across global operations.

What You'll Do

  • Apply advanced data mining and analysis techniques to identify key trends, opportunities, and insights.

  • Partner closely with inside sales and marketing teams to deliver accurate, data-driven solutions.

  • Clean, validate, and maintain datasets to ensure high data quality and consistency.

  • Design and manage data models, pipelines, and storage systems for optimal efficiency.

  • Oversee data uploads and updates on platforms such as Outreach and Salesforce.

  • Track and monitor data flow to ensure seamless sales and marketing operations.

  • Support campaign targeting by providing actionable insights and segmentation data.


What You'll Bring

Education:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in any field (Data, Business, or IT preferred).

Technical Expertise:

  • Proficiency in ZoomInfo, Salesforce, Zero Bounce, Outreach, and LinkedIn.

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills for data analysis and presentation.

  • Familiarity with data modeling, cleaning, and visualization tools (bonus).

Soft Skills:

  • Exceptional attention to detail and analytical thinking.

  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
