Role Summary: We are looking for a creative and sales-driven Modular Kitchen Designer cum Sales Executive to join our team in Shela, Ahmedabad. The role involves designing innovative modular kitchen layouts, providing customised solutions, and ensuring smooth execution of projects. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of design expertise and strong sales acumen to achieve business goals and deliver high-quality results.

Employment Type: Full Time

Reporting To: HOD Sales

Gender Preference: Male / Female

Preferred Age Range: 30 to 35 years old or younger

Experience: A minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in modular kitchen design and sales is required.

Qualifications: Graduate

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Review and analyse regional sales and operational records.
  • Provide design ideas for optimal use of space, storage, and lighting in kitchens.
  • Create detailed drawings for custom cabinetry projects to ensure accuracy of measurements and specifications.
  • Assist in selecting kitchen appliances and fixtures within budget.
  • Coordinate with contractors during installation to ensure all components are properly installed according to plans.
  • Research emerging trends in kitchen design and implement up-to-date solutions.
  • Organise showroom displays featuring various products such as countertops, flooring, lighting, and hardware.
  • Conduct follow-up after project completion to ensure satisfaction.
  • Design kitchen layouts according to requirements and ensure all products are installed correctly.
  • Ensure timely responses to all inquiries.
  • Maintain a high level of service at all times.
  • Monitor feedback and make improvements where necessary.
  • Demonstrate experience in modular kitchen design and installation.
  • Exhibit excellent knowledge of kitchen products and materials.
  • Possess a good understanding of electrical systems for kitchen appliances.

Compensation based on work experience, skillset, current salary and benefits, past and future increments, as well as interview performance.

Working Mode: Work From Office - Onsite

Working Days: 6-day work week (1 Week off between Monday to Friday - Saturday & Sunday working)

Working Time: 11:00 AM to 08:00 PM
