A Maruti dealership workshop manager is responsible for overseeing daily operations to ensure efficient and high-quality vehicle service delivery while maintaining profitability. Key duties include managing staff (technicians, service advisors), delegating tasks, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards, managing workshop budgets and costs, and ensuring high customer satisfaction. The role requires strong leadership, technical knowledge of automobile service, and excellent organizational skills to meet business targets. Key responsibilities

  • Staff and operations management: Lead and supervise technicians, service advisors, and other workshop staff. Delegate job cards and tasks to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of vehicle service.
  • Quality and safety: Implement and enforce safety and quality repair standards to ensure all work is completed correctly and adheres to Maruti Suzuki guidelines.
  • Financial oversight: Manage workshop budgets, monitor costs (labor, parts), control waste, and work to achieve profitability and sales targets.
  • Customer satisfaction: Collaborate with customer relations to address customer complaints, resolve service-related issues, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Inventory and equipment: Oversee spare parts ordering, stock control, and ensure all workshop equipment is properly maintained, safe, and in line with operational requirements.
  • Training and development: Train, motivate, and evaluate the performance of workshop staff to enhance their skills and productivity.
  • Workflow optimization: Monitor technician performance and address unproductive behavior, ensuring technicians are kept busy and have no downtime.
  • Reporting: Keep track of key performance indicators and report on workshop performance to senior management.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹20, ₹45,000.00 per month
