Responsibilities

  • Instruction: Plan and teach self-defense techniques, including foundational moves, to students of various ages and fitness levels.
  • Curriculum: Develop and implement lesson plans and a curriculum that promotes physical conditioning, strength, and flexibility through exercises, stretches, and other routines.
  • Environment: Foster a safe, respectful, and supportive learning environment where students feel motivated to improve.
  • Assessment: Monitor student progress, provide constructive feedback, and help prepare them for participation in events like gradings or tournaments.
  • Class Management: Maintain classroom control, set high standards for behavior and performance, and implement behavior management strategies as needed.
  • Professional Development: Stay current with the latest self-defense techniques, training methods, and safety protocols.
  • Events: Organize and lead events such as workshops, bootcamps, and tournaments.
  • Administration: Handle administrative tasks such as tracking payments (if applicable) and informing students about their progress.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹18,000.00 per month
