Project Planner

An exciting opportunity has arisen as **Project Planner**. Planning is a key aspect of successful project management and execution of our projects. We are seeking highly motivated and skilled planners to join and strengthen our team.

In this role, you will be a part of the Integrated Solutions Project Management Office, delivering project planning to the business. You will work with a variety of project categories, including large complex integrated projects with scope from across the company. You will also be responsible for project planning in specific delivery projects.

**Key accountabilities**
- Establish and maintain project plans for the execution of the work covering schedule, manpower and progress
- Monitor and analyse schedule progress and manpower needs and assist in analysis of cost/margin against baseline plan and current plan
- Prepare and maintain forecast schedule and initiate corrective actions when this schedule deviates from current plan
- Prepare reports for the Project Manager including consolidated project schedule, summary updates and S-curves
- Execute baseline revisions
- Participate in preparation of Variation Order Requests, and implement accepted Variation Orders with regards to schedule, manpower and cost plans

**Qualifications and experience**
- Excellent verbal and written English language skills and good communication skills in general
- Understanding of Project Management and Project Control techniques and standards
- Self driven and proactive team player, with a cooperative approach who is capable of leading internal and external meetings regarding schedule
- Technical and/or commercial education BSc or similar, or higher education
- At least 3 years of experience as a planner
- Knowledge of Primavera and/or other high level planning tools
