We are looking for a skilled Bakery DCDP to join our team in the Hotels & Restaurants industry. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience and a strong background in bakery operations.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Manage and supervise bakery staff to ensure efficient service delivery.
  • Coordinate with other departments to maintain high-quality food standards.
  • Develop and implement new menu ideas and recipes to boost customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain a clean and organized bakery environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Train and mentor junior staff members to enhance their skills.
  • Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in bakery management, preferably in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of bakery equipment and ingredients.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
  • Strong attention to detail and quality control skills.
