As a Civil Engineer Trainee, you will support senior engineers in the planning, design, and execution of construction projects. This role is designed to provide practical exposure to real-world engineering challenges and help you build core technical and project management skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the design and planning of infrastructure and construction projects
  • Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with safety and design standards
  • Prepare and review technical drawings, specifications, and reports
  • Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to maintain project timelines
  • Monitor material usage and quality control on-site
  • Support documentation and reporting for project progress and compliance

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or related field
  • Basic knowledge of AutoCAD, STAAD Pro, or other design software
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good communication and teamwork abilities
  • Willingness to travel to project sites as needed
