Role Description

STAG ELEVATORS provides daily leads.

The job is only about calling and converting, no client VISITS required as we have a separate team.

Language proficiency is mandatory.

Monthly targets must be achieved.

Business Development Executive – Full-Time (On-Site, Bengaluru)

Role Overview

We are hiring a Business Development Executive to join our on-site team in Bengaluru. This is a calling-based sales role where the company provides fresh leads daily. Your job is to call these leads, engage with prospects, and convert them into potential customers. No client visits are required — success in this role depends on your ability to communicate effectively and achieve monthly targets.

Key Responsibilities

Call and engage with leads provided daily by the management team.

Convert leads into qualified prospects and potential customers.

Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, and outcomes.

Consistently achieve monthly sales targets.

Collaborate with the internal team to refine calling scripts and strategies.

Qualifications

Proficiency in spoken and written language (English/Hindi/Kannada as required).

Previous telesales, inside sales, or call center experience preferred.

Strong communication, persuasion, and listening skills.

Highly self-motivated with a hustler / go-getter mentality.

Ability to work under pressure and deliver results on deadlines.
