Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented System Administrator to manage and maintain our IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in networking, hardware repair, software installation, and system configuration, ensuring smooth and secure day-to-day IT operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, software, and hardware.
  • Manage and monitor Active Directory, user accounts, and network permissions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve network, hardware, and software issues efficiently.
  • Perform regular system upgrades, backups, and security checks.
  • Ensure the availability and reliability of IT systems and services.
  • Coordinate with vendors and IT partners for support and procurement.
  • Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.
  • Provide end-user technical assistance and training when required.

Qualifications
