Roles & Responsibilities:

Administration:

  • Assist in day-to-day office administration and coordination tasks
  • Maintain records, documentation, and office supplies inventory
  • Support in vendor coordination and logistics arrangements
  • Help organize meetings and maintain attendance/visitor logs

Accounts:

  • Assist the accounts team in data entry, billing, and invoice management
  • Support in maintaining petty cash and expense tracking
  • Help with reconciliation of accounts and basic bookkeeping activities
  • Coordinate with vendors and internal departments for payment follow-ups

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree completed (Commerce or related field preferred)
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles and MS Excel
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Attention to detail and willingness to learn
  • Knowledge of Tally or any accounting software will be an added advantage

Job Type: Internship

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹7,500.00 per month
