Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies to increase online sales and revenue.
  • Manage and execute digital marketing campaigns including SEO, PPC, and social media marketing.
  • Oversee website management, ensuring smooth design, functionality, and user experience.
  • Ensure a seamless customer journey and excellent online shopping experience.
  • Monitor and optimize sales funnel to increase conversions.
  • Analyze data and reports to identify trends and make data-driven decisions.
  • Collaborate with marketing, IT, and production teams to achieve business goals.
  • Manage product listings, pricing, and online inventory.
  • Prepare and share KPI reports and performance updates with management.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in e-commerce or digital marketing, preferably in the jewellery or fashion sector.
  • Strong understanding of online platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, etc.).
  • Good knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, and social media tools.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel, analytics dashboards, and e-commerce tools.
