About the Role:

We are looking for enthusiastic and tech-savvy IT Interns/Trainees who are eager to learn and contribute to day-to-day IT operations, support, and project activities. The role offers hands-on exposure to system administration, troubleshooting, network setup, software installation, and IT support functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in system setup, installation, and configuration of hardware and software.
  • Support the IT team in network monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
  • Help in managing user accounts, access permissions, and security protocols.
  • Provide technical support to internal teams for system-related issues.
  • Maintain IT asset records and assist in inventory management.
  • Support data backup, recovery, and system updates under supervision.
  • Document IT processes, issue logs, and solutions for internal knowledge sharing.
  • Participate in IT-related projects and suggest improvements to existing processes.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Basic understanding of computer hardware, operating systems (Windows/Linux), and networking concepts.
  • Familiarity with MS Office, system setup, and basic troubleshooting.
  • Knowledge of Active Directory, LAN/WAN, routers, firewalls is a plus.
  • Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
