Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and analyze Field Technical Reports (FTRs) and warranty claims.
  • Provide technical data and support for resolving customer complaints.
  • Verify warranty claims in line with company policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate submission and approval of supplier warranty claims.
  • Manage defective parts presentation, 8D sampling, and return shipments.
  • Obtain repair flat rates and supply details for aftersales applications.
  • Share and maintain TADME parts catalogues for aftersales teams.
  • Conduct regular cross-functional team meetings to address quality concerns.
  • Prepare monthly warranty reports highlighting defects and root causes.
  • Drive EDER compliance with timely submission of 8D reports on new issues.
  • Support test bench and jig setup for testing recovered warranty parts.
  • Oversee special arrangements for campaign parts and approval processes.
  • Participate in onsite investigations of customer complaints at service centers.
  • Conduct training sessions on new models and product updates.
  • Maintain confidentiality of company data and business information.
  • Manage supplier claims and ensure timely approval.
  • Collaborate with inventory and quality evaluation teams for parts and defect tracking.
  • Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for QA and warranty processes.
  • Manage and update supplier warranty and IT systems for claim tracking.

Skills Required:

  • Strong knowledge of warranty systems, defect analysis, and supplier quality management.
  • Experience in aftersales quality, service engineering, and 8D/EDER methodologies.
  • Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and problem-solving tools.
  • Excellent coordination and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.

Education:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering
