Job Responsibilities
•Email Infrastructure Design and Optimization: Participate in the design and implementation of email infrastructure solutions, including migration projects and upgrades. Optimize email infrastructure performance, scalability, and reliability through proactive monitoring, capacity planning, and performance tuning.
•Exchange Online Administration: Manage Manage and administer Exchange Online environments, including user mailboxes, distribution groups, mail flow rules, and security settings.Monitor and maintain Exchange Online services for optimal performance and availability.Troubleshoot and resolve Exchange Online-related issues, such as email delivery failures, mailbox access problems, and message routing issues.
•Application Integration with Azure Working with SMTP Mail relay and email application configurationWorking with Active Directory and Azure Active Directory
•Proofpoint Configuration and Management:Configure and fine-tune Proofpoint security solutions, including email security gateway and anti-spam filters.Monitor Proofpoint alerts and reports to identify and mitigate email security threats, such as phishing attempts, malware, and spam.Collaborate with security teams to implement and enforce email security best practices and policies.
•Incident Response and Problem Resolution:Provide Tier 3 support for email-related incidents and service requests, ensuring timely resolution and effective communication with stakeholders.
Investigate and troubleshoot complex email issues, analyzing message headers, SMTP logs, and security logs to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
Documentation and Knowledge Sharing: Maintain comprehensive documentation of Exchange Online and Proofpoint configurations, procedures, and best practices. Share knowledge and expertise with team members through training sessions, technical presentations, and documentation reviews.

Requirement: Bachelors Degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology or any relevant certifications Minimum of 8 years of experience as an Exchange engineer or administrator. Expert knowledge of Exchange server administration, configuration, and troubleshooting. Proficient in PowerShell scripting and automation. Experience with Exchange hybrid Certification in Exchange or related technologies is a plus.
