Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated and result-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets in the local market.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach new clients including architects, contractors, and interior designers.
- Present and promote company products to existing and potential customers.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
- Meet and exceed assigned sales targets.
- Conduct regular market visits and follow up on leads.
- Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports.
- Coordinate with the internal team for order processing and customer support.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree preferred (Commerce/Business or related field).
- Experience: 1–3 years in sales (experience in hardware, interiors, building materials, or glass industry will be an advantage).
- Skills:
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong presentation and interpersonal abilities.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Willingness to travel locally.
