- **Audience Growth**: Implement strategies to grow the organization's social media following and increase engagement with target audiences.
- **Analytics and Reporting**: Monitor social media analytics and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of social media efforts. Prepare regular reports to analyze performance and inform future strategies.
- **Campaign Management**: Plan and execute social media advertising campaigns, including budget management, audience targeting, ad creation, and performance tracking.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with other departments, such as marketing, communications, and sales, to align social media efforts with overall business objectives and campaigns.
- **Stay Updated**: Stay informed about the latest trends, tools, and best practices in social media marketing, and continuously optimize strategies to drive better results.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹9,314.40 - ₹36,321.46 per month
