We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Client Advisory Partner to join our team in Bangalore. This strategic role will be critical in driving growth, expansion, and retention within India-based teams and Global Capability Centers (GCCs) of our key US headquartered clients.

Working closely with Core Account Executives (AEs), the Client Advisory Partner will be the dedicated, in-market face for our most important clients, focusing on building deep relationships and accelerating deal progression across the entire sales cycle.

Key Responsibilities

1. Relationship Building & Opportunity Generation (Prospecting & Growth)

  • Identify and Qualify new opportunities for expansion and growth within the India-based operations and GCCs of existing and target clients.

  • Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders, decision-makers, and influencers in India through regular, high-impact, in-person sales activities.

  • Act as a trusted advisor, understanding the strategic priorities and operational challenges specific to the client's India team.

2. Needs Analysis & Value Discovery (Discovery)

  • Lead detailed discovery sessions in the local market to thoroughly understand the client's current structure, pain points, and future needs.

  • Gather critical customer feedback and market intelligence to inform product development and refine our value proposition for the India context.

  • Partner with Core AEs to translate India-specific needs into compelling business cases and solutions.

3. Deal Progression & Closure (Progression/Closure)

  • Take end-to-end ownership of identified deals within the India region, driving progression from initial contact through to closure.

  • Collaborate with and receive guidance from Core AEs to ensure alignment with global account strategy and seamless execution.

  • Facilitate local contract discussions and manage necessary internal stakeholders to secure commitments.

Desired experience:

  • 5 to 10 years of quantifiable experience selling complex technology products

  • Experience with the full lifecycle of sales from outbound lead generation: identifying prospects, qualification, establishing relationships, to closing and account growth.

  • Understanding the cloud computing business model and enjoying selling to a technical audience.

  • Experience selling to international markets, working with complex deals and C-level executives.

  • Cross-collaborative skills: coordinating cross-functionally, working closely with Account Executive

  •  A tech background is highly desirable
