Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Content Creation & Social Media

  2. Design premium content (posts, stories, reels, banners) for Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook.

  3. Maintain a consistent aesthetic aligned with WildSattva's luxury wellness identity.

  4. Create content calendars and run engaging campaigns around products, SKUs, and brand storytelling.

  5. Marketing & Community Growth

  6. Brainstorm and implement campaigns to build buzz and drive engagement.

  7. Explore and manage influencer collaborations, partnerships, and cross-promotions.

  8. Track metrics (reach, engagement, follower growth) and share insights regularly.

  9. Digital Branding & Communication

  10. Draft engaging captions, taglines, and communication copy for posts and campaigns.

  11. Create content for website sections and blogs, ensuring a premium tone and SEO readiness.

  12. Visual & Creative Support

  13. Design supporting brand collaterals (catalog banners, presentation visuals, event creatives).

  14. Deliver on-brand mockups when required for client or investor-facing materials.

  15. Campaigns & Engagement

  16. Assist in running seasonal campaigns (festivals, events, launches).

  17. Work on strategies to position WildSattva as a premium choice for B2B wellness gifting.

  18. Website & SEO Support

  19. Create content and graphics for website updates.

  20. Contribute to SEO research and content optimization (keywords, metadata, competitor mapping).

  21. Ownership & Growth

  22. Take accountability for daily execution.

  23. Explore innovative ideas to expand WildSattva's digital footprint across platforms.
  24. Support influencer outreach and partnership strategies.

Compensation & Growth Path

  • Probation Week (1st Week): No stipend. A short trial to assess creativity, consistency, and alignment with WildSattva's style of work. If cleared, you smoothly move into the official internship.
  • Internship Duration (2 Months): Stipend of ₹8,000/month.
  • Post-Internship: Based on performance, opportunity to transition into a full-time role with a competitive salary package.
  • Performance Incentives: Exceptional contributions (e.g., impactful influencer partnerships, viral campaigns, or major content breakthroughs) may be rewarded with bonuses or special recognition.

Who Can Apply

  • Freshers or final-year students with a serious interest in social media, digital marketing, and brand building.
  • Must have strong knowledge of Canva/Photoshop or similar tools (premium design skills preferred).
  • Should understand Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook marketing trends, with some exposure to ads & analytics.
  • Dedicated individuals who can join immediately and commit with consistency.
  • This internship is ideal for candidates eager to gain hands-on exposure in brand building within a premium, fast-paced B2B environment.
