Role Overview

We are looking for a Google Ads Executive who can manage, optimize, and scale our paid marketing campaigns. If you enjoy performance marketing, love experimenting, and want to work with a high-growth tech startup, this role is for you.

What You Will Do

  • Plan, run, and optimize Google Ads campaigns for lead generation and brand visibility.

  • Create compelling ad copies, research keywords, and set up audience targeting.

  • Monitor key metrics like CTR, CPC, CPA, and conversions to improve performance.

  • Collaborate with content and design teams on creatives, banners, and landing pages.

  • Track, analyze, and report campaign performance regularly.

  • Bring fresh ideas and experiment with new strategies to enhance results.

What We're Looking For:

  • 6 months – 5 year of hands-on Google Ads experience.

  • Strong understanding of Search & Display advertising.

  • Basic knowledge of Google Analytics, conversion tracking, and reporting.

  • Analytical mindset and comfort working with numbers.

  • Curious, proactive, and open to learning.

  • Must be based in Surat or willing to relocate.

Good to Have:

  • Experience running ads for SaaS or tech products.

  • Google Ads certifications.

  • Familiarity with Google Tag Manager or GA4.
