Industry: Copper Electrorefinery Project

Position: Shift In-Charge – Copper Electrorefinery Operations

Qualification:

• B.E./B.Tech in Chemical/Metallurgical Engineering with minimum 3 years of experience OR
• Diploma in Chemical/Metallurgical Engineering / B.Sc. with minimum 5 years of experience

Experience:

• Proven experience in Electrorefining and/or Electrowinning operations in a large commercial plant
• Exceptional candidates with slightly lesser experience but strong technical expertise & leadership skills may also be considered

Key Responsibilities:

Overall shift responsibility for operations of a Large Copper Electrorefining (ER) Plant

Ensure strict compliance with EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) standards

Production planning and optimum capacity utilization

Coordinate with Anode Casting Plant to ensure quality anodes (chemical & physical)

Implement and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

Supervise process control, quality, production, and manpower management

Ensure consistent high-quality output – LME Grade A Copper Cathodes

Operate & monitor acid recovery, nickel recovery, and ETP units

Work with maintenance team on predictive, preventive & breakdown maintenance

Coordinate with refinery head for process consumables availability

Train, mentor, and develop plant personnel for continuous improvement

Basic proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
