Logistic In-charge

**Job Title: Logistic In-Charge**
**Location**: Dadra, Dadra and Nagar Haveli
**Experience Required**: 3-5 Years
**Education**: Graduate

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan and oversee daily dispatch operations based on order priorities, delivery timelines, and destinations.
- Ensure all logistics processes comply with company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with transporters, freight forwarders, and vendors for timely and cost-effective deliveries.
- Maintain accurate records of shipping, receiving, inventory, and Proof of Delivery (POD).
- Address and resolve logistics issues such as delays, damages, or documentation errors.
- Supervise warehouse and logistics staff; provide training and operational guidance.
- Use ERP and logistics software to track shipments, manage inventory, and plan delivery routes.
- Collaborate with internal departments (production, sales, procurement) to ensure operational efficiency.
- Drive process improvements to enhance logistics performance and reduce costs.
- Handle customs clearance and support international shipping processes where required.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Graduate in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in logistics, supply chain, or warehouse management.
- Proficiency in ERP and logistics/inventory software platforms.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of customs clearance and international shipping is a plus.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
