Job Summary:

We are looking for an analytical, strategic, and result-oriented
PPC Team Lead
with
4-6
years of hands-on experience
in running and optimizing paid advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate will have in-depth expertise in
Google Ads
,
Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram)
, and performance marketing, along with a proven ability to manage budgets and deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of multi-channel paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, Bing, etc.).
  • Define and drive PPC strategy in alignment with overall digital marketing goals.
  • Supervise, mentor, and support a team of PPC executives and specialists, ensuring consistent performance and professional growth.
  • Review and refine ad copy, creatives, and landing pages for maximum conversion impact.
  • Generate detailed performance reports and insights using platforms like Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, etc.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including SEO, content, and design to align marketing efforts.
  • Manage client communication, campaign presentations, and performance reviews as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or a related field.
  • 3–4 years of proven experience in managing and optimizing PPC campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, and more).
  • Google Ads and Meta certifications are a plus.
