Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning, creating, and publishing engaging content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
  • Conduct research on current trends, competitor activities, and audience preferences.
  • Monitor social media channels, respond to comments/messages, and maintain community engagement.
  • Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns and promotions.
  • Track and analyze performance metrics to provide insights and suggestions for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to develop creative visuals and content.
  • Stay updated on new social media tools, trends, and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related fields.
  • Passion for social media and understanding of various platforms.
  • Basic knowledge of social media tools like Canva, Buffer, Hootsuite, or similar.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have):

  • Basic design skills using tools like Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator.
  • Knowledge of video editing for reels and short-form content.
  • Familiarity with social media analytics tools.
