Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage structural design team (engineers & draftsmen).
  • Prepare design concepts, structural schemes, and reports.
  • Analyze and design RCC and steel structures using software like STAAD Pro, ETABS, etc.
  • Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and progress reports.
  • Coordinate with Architecture, MEP, clients, and vendors.
  • Review and manage material planning, procurement, and site issues.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant codes and standards.
  • Guide team on value engineering and cost control.
  • Support project execution and resolve technical challenges.

Requirements:

  • B.E. / B.Tech / M.E. / M.Tech in Civil / Structural Engineering.
  • 10–18 years of experience in structural design & coordination.
  • Strong knowledge of IS codes, RCC & steel design, foundation systems.
  • Good understanding of costing, BOQ, and project management.
  • Experience with high-rise, commercial, or industrial projects.
  • Proficiency in STAAD Pro, ETABS, AutoCAD, etc.
