Position Overview

Seeking a diligent Data Quality Analyst who values accuracy and integrity in data.

Data Quality Analyst maintains high-quality data, resolves issues, collaborates with teams on solutions.

What You'll Do:

• Monitor large datasets to detect anomalies, inconsistencies, missing values, duplicates, and other data quality issues.
• Perform regular audits and integrity checks across key data sources.
• Build clear, insightful dashboards and reports (e.g., in Power BI/ Salesforce) to highlight data quality trends and issues.
• Partner with data stewards, product, and analytics teams to communicate findings and support root cause analysis.
• Help define and document data quality checks and validation rules based on business needs.
• Track data issues over time and provide structured documentation to aid resolution processes.
• Contribute ideas for improving data monitoring and quality processes.

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, or similar, or equivalent experience.
• Basic experience/knowledge in data analysis, data management, or quality assurance.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and working familiarity with Python for querying and analyzing data.
• Experience or comfort with tools like Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms to build data visualizations.
• A curious approach and strong analytical skills.
• Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in your work.
• Ability to clearly communicate findings to both technical and non-technical teams.

• Exposure to cloud data platforms like Snowflake, Databricks, etc.
• Familiarity with data governance or data stewardship concepts.
• Interest in the education or technology for learning sectors.

The full base pay range has been provided for this position. Individual base pay will vary based on work schedule, qualifications, experience, internal equity, and geographic location.  Sales roles often incorporate a significant incentive compensation program beyond this base pay range.
