Oscar Daisy is a Direct to Consumer subscription-based Pet Nutrition brand with a mission to reinvent the pet food industry in India. The Pet food market in India has been vastly dominated by mass-produced and non-personalized dry and wet food available to customers via retail outlets. We started Oscar Daisy to challenge the status quo and offer the best food for our furry friends which are backed by nutritional science, technology, and data.
Oscar Daisy offers Human-Grade, fresh pet dog food made with real and natural ingredients and delivered directly to the doorstep. The recipes are nutritionally balanced, formulated by Veterinary Nutritionist and our food does not contain any by-products, preservatives, additives or rendered meats. As a Pet-parent, it's convenient to feed the pet by just serving the pre-portioned custom meal pack thereby ensuring the right intake of calories. We care for our pets health which is reflective of our culture of pet-loving individuals.
Role
The Digital Media Manager will be the primary fulcrum of our overall Digital Media Strategy. She/He will be responsible for initiating and driving the media strategy across different social platforms. The focus is to take complete ownership of the entire customer cycle involving acquisition, engagement, retention and fostering loyalty. The role will have ample opportunity to build the brand in the Pet Nutrition space and be the voice and face of the brand in the Digital Universe.
Who we are looking for
Our primary platform will be our e-commerce subscription website (V2.0 launching soon) and in addition, there are other social platforms like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and Google. You will be a person who lives and breathes Social media and has a very strong personal social media presence. You should be comfortable to work around the different opportunities available within these platforms which will help the business to reach to the right audience.
What will your day-to-day look like?
You will have your hands full and be ready to multi-task and plan the day in advance. Below are some of the tasks you would be up to in a day.
- Drive acquisition of customers via our digital marketing channels, including social, website and search mediums.
- Plan, create and implement digital campaigns with necessary creatives, copy and landing pages and optimize the user funnels.
- Monitor campaign reports and track performance and provide recommendations based on data sets.
- Lean test the campaigns, measure and then scale the performing ones across all channels including Facebook and Ad words.
- Manage the leads effectively with the CRM and plan and execute effective email campaigns including usage of Auto-responders.
- Generate weekly marketing ROI analysis with insights on further optimization.

Experience is good to have and will be great to hit the ground running from Day 1. If you are a Fresher and have the passion for Digital Media and are willing to learn fast, you can very much apply.
