About the Role

We are looking for a React Developer to join our team and help build high-performance, scalable web applications. This role will be a remote WFH position for the first 6 months after which the employee will have to report to our office in Hyderabad. You'll play a key role in designing and developing cutting-edge AI-driven front-end applications that deliver an outstanding user experience.

What You'll Do

  • Develop, maintain, and optimize applications.
  • Implement high-performance, responsive, and accessible UI components.
  • Work with for server-side rendering and improved performance.
  • Collaborate with backend engineers, UX/UI designers, and product managers to deliver seamless experiences.
  • Ensure the best possible performance, scalability, and maintainability of applications.
  • Optimize front-end code for speed and efficiency.
  • Implement unit tests, integration tests, and debugging tools.
  • Stay up to date with the latest React ecosystem advancements, tools, and best practices.

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of professional front-end development experience.
  • Strong expertise in , , TypeScript, and Redux/Zustand/Recoil.
  • Experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and WebSockets.
  • Deep understanding of Component-based architecture, Hooks, Context API, and State Management.
  • Hands-on experience with Tailwind CSS, Material UI, or Styled Components.
  • Experience integrating AI models, chatbots, or LLMs (bonus).
  • Proficiency in Git, CI/CD pipelines, and modern DevOps practices.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft technologies (Azure, Power Apps, or AI services) is a plus.
