About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Senior
T24 Developer
to join our
Core Banking Development
& Operations team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in the implementation, development, and integration of applications supporting the bank's core systems and business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in the implementation and development of projects related to core banking business requirements.
  • Develop and integrate applications across various banking systems to support enterprise-wide operations.
  • Research and evaluate new technologies to recommend solutions that improve efficiency and performance.
  • Maintain and operate applications to ensure stability, performance, and reliability.
  • Collaborate with business and technical teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
  • Perform other assigned duties and participate in business trips as required by management.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of programming experience.
  • At least 3 years of experience in banking systems or core banking platforms, especially Temenos T24 (strong advantage).
  • Experience in payment systems integration such as
    SWIFT
    and
    CITAD
    is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Java (Spring Boot); knowledge of other programming languages is a plus.
  • Hands-on experience with relational databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL, and NoSQL databases like MongoDB and Redis.
  • Preferably experienced with
    Temenos T24
    modules such as AA Accounts, AA Deposit, AA Lending, and TPH.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and teamwork skills.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and willing to learn new technologies.
