Front Desk Receptionist

Role & responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests, clients, and employees with a positive and professional demeanor.
- Maintain the reception area to ensure it is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, packages, couriers).
- Schedule appointments and maintain meeting room bookings.
- Provide basic and accurate information in person, via phone, or email.
- Assist in administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors as needed.
- Monitor visitor access and maintain security by following procedures (e.g., issuing visitor badges, logbooks).
- Manage office supplies and place orders when necessary.
Preferred candidate profile
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in hospitality, administration, or a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in a front desk or receptionist role preferred.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Presentable appearance and a professional attitude.
