Job Description:

As a Sales Associate at Westside, you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, assisting shoppers in finding products, maintaining store presentation, and supporting daily sales operations. Your role will include greeting customers, promoting merchandise, handling billing at the cash counter, and ensuring a smooth and pleasant shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers with their shopping needs
  • Maintain product knowledge to answer customer questions
  • Ensure shelves are stocked and displays are tidy
  • Process transactions at the cash register
  • Support inventory management and stock replenishment
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets

  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
