Job Description
Scope and Dimensions:

  • Follow and ensure safety at the Shopfloor
  • Ensure safe working practices and ensure proper housekeeping & zero accidents.
  • Adhering to all safety and performance regulations.
  • Perform verification of production output according to specifications.
  • Communicating solutions for production challenges with quality assurance.
  • Organizing workflow and ensuring that employees understand their duties or delegated tasks.
  • Staying up-to-date with efficient methods of production and equipment maintenance procedures.
  • Identifying faults and troubleshooting wherever possible.
  • Delivering the products in each time with required quality in an economic way.
  • Maintain open lines of communication between employees, management and executives.

Requirements of the job:

  • Fresher or Experience with preferably mechanical engineering background.
  • Experience in manufacturing would be advantageous.
  • Knowledge of production required.
  • Understanding of safety and equipment procedures.
