ServiceNow is currently looking for a Financial Reporting Manager, based in our office in Hyderabad.

The person will be responsible for the day-to-day international financial reporting activities including preparation of statutory financial statements and all related notes and audits

What you get to do in this role:

• Preparation/review of statutory financial statements and all related notes in accordance with accounting standards (IFRS/Ind-AS/Local country GAAP) and regulatory disclosure requirements.
• Review of balance sheet reconciliations, identify GAAP adjustments and respond to auditor queries.
• Work with internal and external auditors and with internal teams to provide requested information and assist in execution of the statutory audits.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, and company policies, staying abreast of changes in regulations and standards and implementing necessary changes.
• Capable of working to stringent statutory deadlines and ensure all statutory deadlines are met, whilst ensuring accurate deliverables and to be flexible to prioritise multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Work on special projects, financial surveys, analysis requests, ad-hoc reporting and other tasks as assigned;
• Continuously evaluate accounting processes and procedures to identify opportunities for improvement and implementing enhancements to process efficiency.

To be successful in this role you have:

• Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact on the function or industry.
• Chartered Accountant - with an experience of 5-8 years post qualification working in a similar environment with a proven track record in financial reporting and or statutory audits.
• Experience in Big 4 public accounting firm and/or Multinational Corporations (MNC's) preferred.
• Extensive experience in India statutory and tax audit, strong knowledge of Companies Act and India IFC/SOX and preparation of financial statements.
• Experience and strong knowledge of Ind-AS/ IFRS with the ability to stay on top of changes in guidance.
• Experience in SOX reporting/ internal controls preparation preferred.
• Experience with SAP and Workiva is a plus.
• Excellent computer skills with Microsoft Office software, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Demonstrate excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills; and ability to work effectively as a member of a team of diverse individuals.
• Great ability to work independently, self-starter, highly motivated, can-do mentality; and
• Strong organization and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple assignments effectively and efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
