We are looking for a skilled Python Developer to join our team in building and optimizing advanced AI/ML frameworks. As a Python Developer in our AI/ML team, you will be responsible for creating, implementing, and scaling innovative machine learning solutions, as well as contributing to the development of robust, efficient, and maintainable code. This position offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies in the fields of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning, collaborating with a dynamic team to solve complex challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain Python-based applications and frameworks for AI/ML solutions.
  • Design, implement, and optimize machine learning algorithms and models.
  • Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and product teams to integrate AI/ML models into production environments.
  • Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices and coding standards.
  • Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
  • Optimize machine learning pipelines and frameworks for scalability and performance.
  • Research and stay up-to-date with the latest AI/ML technologies and methodologies.
  • Debug, test, and troubleshoot AI/ML systems.
  • Ensure system performance and stability across different environments.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for AI/ML processes and solutions.
  • Contribute to improving overall development processes and methodologies.

Required Qualifications:

  • Strong proficiency in Python programming and relevant Python libraries (e.g., NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
  • Proven experience in AI/ML development, with a deep understanding of machine learning algorithms and frameworks.
  • Experience with data processing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques.
  • Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
  • Solid understanding of software engineering principles, including object-oriented programming and design patterns.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to collaborate in a team environment and communicate technical concepts effectively.
  • A degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with deep learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch).
  • Familiarity with deployment tools and workflows (e.g., CI/CD, ML Ops).
  • Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark).
  • Knowledge of reinforcement learning, natural language processing (NLP), or computer vision is a plus.
  • Familiarity with distributed computing and high-performance computing frameworks.
