  • Manage day-to-day operations of the school and oversee administrative tasks.
  • Coordinate with teaching staff to ensure effective delivery of the curriculum and adherence to academic standards.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve student performance and engagement.
  • Monitor student attendance and discipline, and implement corrective measures as needed.
  • Conduct regular meetings with teaching staff to discuss curriculum updates, student progress, and other relevant issues.
  • Liaise with parents and guardians to address concerns and maintain open lines of communication.
  • Assist in the recruitment and training of teaching staff as needed.
  • Coordinate extracurricular activities and events to enhance the overall learning experience for students.
  • Ensure compliance with school policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Collaborate with school management to develop and implement initiatives for school improvement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent organizational and managerial skills.
  • Good knowledge of at least two subjects up to class 8th level.
  • Fluent in English with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to resolve conflicts.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite and other relevant software applications.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
