Manage day-to-day operations of the school and oversee administrative tasks.
- Coordinate with teaching staff to ensure effective delivery of the curriculum and adherence to academic standards.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve student performance and engagement.
- Monitor student attendance and discipline, and implement corrective measures as needed.
- Conduct regular meetings with teaching staff to discuss curriculum updates, student progress, and other relevant issues.
- Liaise with parents and guardians to address concerns and maintain open lines of communication.
- Assist in the recruitment and training of teaching staff as needed.
- Coordinate extracurricular activities and events to enhance the overall learning experience for students.
- Ensure compliance with school policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Collaborate with school management to develop and implement initiatives for school improvement.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Excellent organizational and managerial skills.
- Fluent in English with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to resolve conflicts.

**Salary**: From ₹15,000.00 per month
