Assess and design basic to medium level workforce management solutions Configure and implement moderate workforce management solutions Complete quality assurance testing of solutions Assist customer with testing, understanding the solution and go live support, as needed Deploy and release configuration to productions environment Communicate clearly with project leadership to provide status updates '*B.Tech/BS degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related discipline (or related experience) Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience Minimum of 2 years of experience configuring an Enterprise Software Applications like UKG Pro WFM, Oracle, PeopleSoft, SAP, Workday, or a comparable product Minimum of 2 years of integrations/APIs development Good to have Professional Dell Boomi Developer Certification, ITIL Certification. Exercises judgment when interpreting company policies and procedures to resolve a variety of issues. Develops solutions to a variety of problems of moderate scope and complexity where analysis of situations or data requires a review of identifiable factors. Has knowledge of alternatives and an understanding of their impact on the business or technological environment. Plans, organizes, and prioritizes own daily work routine to meet established schedule. Contributes to the completion of departmental projects and goals. Errors in judgment, poor recommendations, or failure to achieve results would normally require a moderate expenditure of resources to rectify.
