• ROLE Senior SAP Material Management Consultant
• ROLE DESCRIPTION
• KEY RESPONSIBILITIES on PROJECTS
• Assists clients in the selection, implementation and support of SAP S4HANA Material management and S4HANA MM Support Products
• Architecting, designing and SAP Material management module implementation for the Customer
• Lead projects and or lead to implement new functionalities
• Analyse existing functionalities in the clients system and propose improvement thereby translating them into effective solutions
• Supervise and mentor project subordinates and manage client engagements
• KEY RESPONSIBILITIES for BRISTLECONE MM PRACTICE
• Liaising with PreSales Teams to help grow the Business around SAP S4HANA Material Management in line with Organizational Strategy and Practice Goals
• Ability to devise and lead Go To Market strategies for SAP S4HANA Material Management to assist Sales and Alliance teams in expanding Bristlecone footprint globally
• Build Assets, PreConfigured Solutions and Accelerators to reduce the overall cost to serve
• Participate in Assessment, Scoping and Estimation activities for RFQs
• Participate in suggesting or leading Process Improvement for the Practice
• Understanding, analysing, explore and test new features introduced in SAP S4HANA Material Management
• Take training initiatives and collaborating with trainees at multiple locations
• Build strong business relationships with potential clients
• QUALIFICATIONS EXPERIENCE
• Minimum 8 years of experience in SAP S4HANA Material Management for RB 5
• Minimum 12 years of experience in SAP S4HANA Material Management for RB 4
• Functional proficiency in Green field Implementations or Rollouts or Conversion or Upgradation specific to SAP S4HANA Material Management
• Functional proficiency in Green field Implementations or Rollouts or Upgradation in SAP ECC.
• Experience in Support and CR Development is secondary in priority
• Experienced in SAP FIORI or Interfaces or Integration with other systems will be an added advantage
• Experienced in SAP Warehouse management or SAP Extended Warehouse Management systems will be an added advantage
• Certification in SAP MM and SAP S4HANA Sourcing Procurement will be an added advantage
• PROCESS KNOWLEDGE
• Deep process knowledge in SAP S4HANA Material Management with end to end flow of documents
• Main SAP S4HANA Material management processes sub modules like Procurement processes, scheduling agreements, contracts, release strategy, batch management, inventory management, split valuation, Service procurement.
• TECHNICAL EXPERTISE
• Configuration knowledge in all the sub modules of SAP S4HANA Material Management
• Integration with other modules and end to end flow of accounting documents
• Ability to lead and conduct Design workshops in front of an audience comprising of both Business and IT teams.
• Ability to work on complex configuration scenarios along with writing functional specifications for complex customizations
• End to end impact assessment and flawless solution design
• Understanding of other modules of SAP especially FI, WM, EWM, SD, PP, QM, CO, FSCM, FM, PM.
• SOFT SKILLS
• Excellent communication skills verbal as well as written
• Positive attitude with flexibility and maturity to work in a challenging client environment buddy to a joiner in Bristlecone
• Mentoring and grooming subordinates
• Excellent interpersonal relations and demonstrated ability to work with others effectively in teams while endorsing leadership role

•   Understand and adhere to Information Security policies, guidelines and procedure, practice them for protection of organizational data and Information System.

•   Take part in information security training and act while handling information.

•   Report all suspected security and policy breach to Infosec team or appropriate authority(CISO).

•   Understand and adhere to the additional information security responsibilities as part of the assigned job role.
