Role Overview

As a Patient Assistance Executive, you will be the primary point of contact for our international patients, guiding them through hospital processes, coordinating with medical teams, and supporting their non-medical needs. This is a people-focused role where youll have the chance to meet and build life-long relationships with patients from Europe, USA, Africa, the Middle East, CIS countries, and beyond.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist patients from arrival in India to departure after treatment.
  • Accompany patients for consultations, tests, admissions, and discharges.
  • Coordinate with hospital staff and doctors for smooth treatment flow.
  • Help with paperwork, billing, and medical reports.
  • Support non-medical needs such as hotel check-ins, transport, and local guidance.

Requirements

  • Graduate (Hospitality, Healthcare, or related fields preferred).
  • 0–4 years' experience; freshers with excellent communication skills welcome.
  • Good spoken & written English; knowledge of a foreign language helps, but is not mandatory.
  • Friendly, dependable, presentable, and able to multitask.
