- Prepare the operation theatre before each surgery, ensuring all instruments, consumables, and equipment are sterilized and ready.
- Assist the surgeon during ophthalmic procedures such as cataract, vitrectomy, LASIK, oculoplasty, etc.
- Handle and maintain specialized ophthalmic instruments and microsurgical equipment like phaco machines, microscopes, and vitrectomy systems.
- Ensure adherence to infection control protocols and aseptic techniques at all times.
- Maintain records of sterilization cycles, instrument usage, and OT inventory.
