- Welcome and assist guests with check-in/check-out procedures.
- Handle front desk operations efficiently.
- Manage reservations, calls, and emails.
- Maintain guest records and ensure smooth coordination with other departments.
- Deliver excellent customer service and ensure guest satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in hotel front office/administration preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional, polite, and customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to work in a hospitality environment with dedication.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹13, ₹33,462.51 per month
