QA Specialist

Job Description:

We are looking for a meticulous E-commerce Listing QA Specialist to ensure that all product listings on our platform are accurate, complete, and meet quality standards. The ideal candidate will have experience in e-commerce operations, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and verify product listings for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with platform guidelines.
• Check product titles, descriptions, images, pricing, and other details.
• Identify and report errors or inconsistencies in listings.
• Collaborate with content and catalog teams to correct and improve listings.
• Ensure consistency and quality across all product categories.
• Provide suggestions to optimize listings for better customer engagement.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in e-commerce listing QA or product catalog management.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms like Shopify, Amazon, Flipkart, or others.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines.
