Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients.

  • Serve as a trusted advisor, understanding client requirements and offering relevant solutions.

  • Manage client accounts, ensuring timely resolution of queries and concerns.

  • Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell services/products.

  • Conduct regular follow-ups and client meetings to ensure service satisfaction.

  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth service delivery.

  • Maintain accurate records of client communications and transactions.

  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities.

  • Achieve client retention and business development targets.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in a client-facing or relationship management role.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities.

  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple accounts.

  • Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office suite.
