Construction Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Generate new business opportunities through networking, client meetings, and partnerships.
- Convert leads into successful projects with effective negotiation and closing.
- Manage client relationships, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business.
- Collaborate with design and project teams to align client requirements with execution.
- Conduct site visits, feasibility checks, and presentations for potential clients.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance reviews for management.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in Interior/Construction Sales or Business Development (3–5 years preferred).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills.
- Knowledge of interior design & construction processes (added advantage).
- Ability to meet targets and lead sales initiatives independently.
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Business/Marketing/Architecture/Interior preferred.
