Qualifed, experienced person required with civil and technical construction knowledge for active construction site.

Execute all works by supervising and directing labour including but not limited to masonry, interior fittings, lift installation, all other works related to fit out and completion of project.

Manage labour, contractors, vendors in line with project time lines and drawings. Monitor and manage the daily attendance of labour, security, contractors and external workers/visitors to the site.

Must be able to calculate measurements of jobs done including but not limited to those done by tiling, granite, POP, aluminium etc - management of all raw materials and supervision and direction of all works being done and inspecting those completed for high standard of finish.

Good negotiation skills for dealing with vendors and planning orders of raw materials required.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Weekend availability

**Experience**:

- Supervising: 2 years (required)
- Construction site: 4 years (required)
