Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a VoIP Sales Executive / Business Development Executive located in Gurugram. The role involves generating new business opportunities, identifying potential clients, and maintaining relationships with existing clients. The Sales Executive will be responsible for pitching VoIP products and services, negotiating contracts, and closing deals. The candidate will be required to collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and implementation of services. Additionally, tracking sales performance, preparing reports, and staying updated with industry trends and market conditions will be part of the daily tasks.
Qualifications
- Experience in VoIP products/services sales and business development
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Knowledge of market research and sales strategies
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or relevant field
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Previous experience in technology or telecommunications industry is a plus
