We are seeking a skilled *Data Engineer* with 5- 6 years of experience to design, develop, and maintain robust data pipelines that power analytics and business insights. The ideal candidate will work closely with analysts and business teams to ensure data accuracy, accessibility, and performance across multiple systems.

*Key Responsibilities:*

* Design, build, and optimize scalable *ETL pipelines* for data integration from various sources.

* Manage and maintain relational databases, primarily using *MySQL*.

* Develop and maintain *data models* to support reporting and analytics.

* Create dashboards and visualizations using *Tableau* to drive data-driven decision-making.

* Ensure data quality, security, and compliance across all processes.

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and deliver effective solutions.

* Continuously improve data infrastructure and performance.

*Required Skills & Qualifications:*

* Strong proficiency in *MySQL* and *SQL scripting*.

* Hands-on experience with *Tableau* for reporting and visualization.

* Experience in *ETL tools or frameworks* (e.g., Airflow, Talend, or custom pipelines).

* Solid understanding of *data modeling*, *data warehousing*, and *data architecture principles*.

* Proficiency in *Python* or another scripting language for data manipulation.

* Familiarity with *cloud platforms* (AWS, GCP, or Azure) is a plus.

* Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

*Preferred Qualifications:*

* Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

* Experience working with large datasets and optimizing SQL queries.

* Understanding of APIs and data exchange formats (JSON, XML, CSV).
