About the Role
We are looking for a driven and dynamic Business Development Manager with proven experience in IT sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth in line with company goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in IT solutions, infrastructure, cloud, and managed services.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships with corporate customers, SMBs, and channel partners.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective lead generation, client meetings, and deal closures.
- Collaborate with internal technical teams to deliver tailored solutions to client requirements.
- Maintain an updated sales pipeline, forecast revenue, and provide regular sales reports.
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies.
- Represent the company at industry events, partner meetings, and client discussions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field. MBA preferred but not mandatory.
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience in IT sales (hardware, software, cloud, or managed services).
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud solutions, and enterprise technology.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
