About the Role

Were looking for a detail-oriented FMS Executive (Process Coordinator) to keep our operational workflows fast, accurate, and on-time. Youll coordinate with multiple departments, monitor FMS/MIS, remove bottlenecks, and drive the process to closure with clear communication and timely escalations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process efficiency: Make processes faster, smoother, and effective; supervise process flow and ensure adherence to TAT.
  • Cross-functional coordination: Follow up with internal and cross-functional stakeholders to close pending tasks; align owners; report escalations as needed.
  • Quality & compliance: Maintain process quality by ensuring standards/SOPs and best practices are followed; identify gaps via FMS & MIS and close them.
  • Bottleneck removal: Target process bottlenecks; schedule work and activities; drive on-time, complete deliveries.
  • Reporting & MIS: Handle verification/validation of reports; create and maintain MIS; manage FMS/MIS data; automate recurring MIS where possible.
  • Data management: Check data accuracy, resolve MIS errors, and maintain audit-ready records.
  • Stakeholder updates: Prepare and present management updates; escalate exceptions to HOD/management for smooth, instant execution.

Must-Have Qualifications

  • 1–4 years in operations/process coordination/MIS/reporting.
  • Strong MS Excel (lookups, pivots, cleaning/validation); good internet research & data search skills.
  • Experience with FMS/MIS monitoring, TAT tracking, and stakeholder follow-ups/escalations.
  • Clear written & verbal communication; comfortable coordinating with multiple teams.

Good-to-Have

  • Exposure to report automation (e.g., Excel formulas/macros/Power Query).
  • Experience with SOP creation, process audits/monitoring, and quality frameworks.
  • Basic knowledge of service orientation and operations monitoring.
