Job Overview

We are seeking a passionate Social Media Marketing Manager to join our team at The Ambiente in Delhi. As a fresher position, this role is ideal for individuals with 0 to 1 year of experience. This role involves developing and executing social media strategies, managing our online presence, and crafting engaging content that aligns with our brand's voice and ethos.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Proficiency in social media strategy development to enhance brand visibility and engagement across various platforms.
  • Experience in social media management, including planning, creating, and scheduling content to maintain a consistent online presence.
  • Strong copywriting skills to produce compelling and accurate content that resonates with our target audience.
  • Ability to conduct trend analysis, identify emerging trends, and integrate them into our marketing strategies effectively.
  • Familiarity with Instagram marketing techniques to boost brand awareness and drive engagement from our target demographic.
  • Proficient in brand storytelling to convey our rich tradition and modern design appeal through captivating narratives.
  • Creative and strategic thinker with the ability to innovate and implement new ideas to enhance our social media initiatives.
  • Basic understanding of analytics tools for tracking performance and making data-driven decisions to optimize marketing efforts.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement social media strategies to boost online presence and increase brand awareness.
  • Manage daily activities across social media platforms including developing creative content plans and posting schedules.
  • Create engaging, original content in line with the brand's voice for various social media channels.
  • Monitor and analyze social media performance using analytics tools and adjust strategies as necessary.
  • Engage with the online community and respond to comments, inquiries, and messages in a timely and professional manner.
  • Research and evaluate emerging social media trends to adopt into current marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate and coordinate content across departments.
  • Identify opportunities for partnerships and collaborations that can enhance brand reach and visibility.
